How does pricing work?

Each itinerary is quoted individually based on group size, destinations, accommodation tier, and duration. Write to us with your rough plan — we send a no-obligation estimate within 24 hours.

How long does itinerary planning take?

Initial draft within 48 hours of your discovery call. Most trips are finalized in 3–5 revisions over 1–2 weeks. Unlimited changes until it feels right.

Can you cover smaller cities and rural areas?

Yes. We specialize in routes outside the main tourist trail — minority villages in Yunnan, Hakka earth buildings in Fujian, archaeological sites in Shaanxi. Just tell us your interests.

What is your cancellation policy?

60+ days before: full refund minus a small processing fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: no refund, but we can reschedule to a future date at no extra cost.
